At GreenTiz, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. However, we typically do not accept refunds or returns due to user error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We are happy to replace or refund your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product you received is different from what was ordered.

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • A photo of the product showing the defect.
  • Details of the issue.

If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued, or a replacement will be sent free of charge. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.

Note: Unauthorized returns, or returns of washed, worn, or damaged items, will not be eligible for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items

Shipping Costs for Refunds
