Our return policy is designed to address issues caused by us. We generally do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect selection of size, design, or color.
  • Undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Eligible Returns

You may return an item for the following reasons:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • The item received is different from what you ordered.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@greentiz.com and include the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Name of the item.
  • Reason for the return (with photos of the issue, if applicable).

If your return is approved:

  • A return address will be provided.
  • Replacement or refund options will be offered.

Important Notes

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Items that are washed, worn, or damaged are not eligible for returns.
  • Returns due to minor color or size discrepancies (e.g., 1-2 cm difference from the size chart) are not accepted.

Frequent Issues & Resolutions

  • Wrong item shipped: Replacement will be sent.
  • Damaged item: Replacement may be issued after inspection of submitted photos.
  • Missing item: If your order is missing items, we will resend the missing item or issue a partial refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 5 hours of being placed. After this, orders are locked for processing and cannot be altered.
